AI4Everyday ("AI4Everyday", "we", "our", or "us") provides AI consulting, training, and coaching services designed to help individuals and organizations use artificial intelligence tools more effectively at work. Our Site is intended for adults who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

2. Informational and educational purposes only

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site or provided through the Services is intended to be, or should be taken as:

• legal advice
• financial, tax, or investment advice
• medical, psychological, or health advice
• human resources or employment law advice
• any other form of regulated professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. You should consult appropriate qualified professionals for advice tailored to your specific situation.

3. No guarantees of results or employment outcomes

Our Services, including any AI coaching or consulting, aim to support your learning, skills, and productivity, but we do not guarantee any particular results, including:

• job offers, promotions, or continued employment
• salary increases or financial outcomes
• specific performance metrics or business results.

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or past results shown on the Site are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes.

4. Use of AI tools and accuracy of information

We may use or demonstrate third party artificial intelligence tools (such as chatbots, writing assistants, or analytics tools) as part of our content and Services. AI systems can generate incorrect, incomplete, or biased outputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI generated content must be independently reviewed, verified, and edited by you before use.
• You remain fully responsible for any documents, communications, decisions, or actions that rely on AI generated outputs.
• AI4Everyday does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI generated content or any information provided through the Site.

5. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree that you will:

• Use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not submit or upload any content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
• Not copy, distribute, or exploit any content from the Site in a way that violates our rights or the rights of others.

If you access AI tools or links to third party platforms through the Site, you must comply with those platforms' terms and policies.

6. Data safety and confidential information

The Site may include contact forms or other ways for you to provide information to us. You are responsible for what you choose to share.

You agree that you will not submit or upload, through the Site or any public AI tools used in our sessions:

• highly confidential business information or trade secrets
• sensitive personal information (such as health, financial, or government ID numbers)
• any information that you are prohibited from sharing under your employer's policies, contracts, or applicable law.

If you engage us for paid services, data handling and confidentiality obligations will be governed by a separate written agreement or engagement terms between you and AI4Everyday.

7. Third party websites and tools

The Site may contain links to third party websites, services, or tools that are not owned or controlled by AI4Everyday. These are provided for convenience only.

We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for:

• the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party sites or tools
• any damages or losses arising from your use of them.

Your use of third party sites or tools is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to AI4Everyday and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may:

• view and use the Site content for your personal, non commercial use only;
• not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

9. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• the Site will be available uninterrupted or error free;
• any defects will be corrected;
• the Site or any content is free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI4Everyday, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services;
• your reliance on any content or information provided through the Site;
• any use or misuse of AI tools or AI generated outputs in your personal or professional work.

If, despite the above, liability is found, it will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us (if any) for Services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100, to the extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI4Everyday and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Site or Services;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your use or misuse of AI tools or AI generated outputs;
• any content or information you submit or share through the Site or during our Services.

12. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms occasionally.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes.
